Credissential Announces Revocation of Management Cease Trade Order
Calgary, Alberta / January 6, 2026 – Credissential Inc. (“Credissential”or the “Company”) (CSE: WHIP), a vertically integrated AI software development company, announces that the management cease trade order (the “MCTO”) issued by the Alberta Securities Commission (the “ASC”) on October 31, 2025 in respect of the securities of the Company has been revoked.
Pursuant to a letter issued by the ASC dated January 5, 2026, the MCTO is no longer in effect as of January 3, 2026. As a result, trading in the securities of the Company is no longer subject to the restrictions imposed by the MCTO.
The Company would like to thank the ASC for its cooperation and guidance throughout the process and appreciates the patience and continued support of its shareholders.
